  4. Enhancing the ’employment offer’ through contemporary recruitment practice, a focus on retention through communications, engagement, learning and wellbeing to enable growth of a resilient and considerate organisational culture
  5. Implementing pragmatic and coherent people strategies, supported by appropriate policy and good practice, which facilitate organisational development, transformation and change
  6. Provision of HR skills, expertise or additional capacity – strategic and operational
  7. Mentoring
  8. Oversight of or investigation into specific people issues
