NEREO is able to support the Human Resource function in your organisation in a number of ways.

We can offer advice and guidance on technical HR matters such as disciplinary and grievance investigations, sickness absence, organisational review and design, and senior management salaries.

We have a number of Associates who are ex Heads of HR, who can be brought in for trouble-shooting, or who are able to work as short term interims.

We facilitate regional and cross-regional conferences such as the Northern HR Briefing as well as sharing best practice at a local level through our facilitation of the North East Strategic HR Forum, which includes lead officers from local authorities, Fire and Rescue Services, the Police, Probation and the North East Ambulance Service.
