Main areas of work:

  • Development of HR/OD strategy, plans and policy at organisational level
  • Support in developing and managing employment relationships, based on career-long experience of consultation and negotiation with Trade Unions, from European Works Councils, to national pay negotiations, to company merger and restructuring, through to site-level consultation on health & safety
  • Conduct of investigations for grievances and disciplinary cases; deep experience of presenting to, advising, and being a member of, appeals and disputes panels
  • Support for significant organisation change projects and processes, including experience gained from detailed involvement privatisation processes and in Merger and Acquisition of FTSE top 100 companies
  • Support for development and delivery of management and personal development programmes and modules
