  • Policies, Procedures and Other Resources, development, review, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
  • Performance Management and Appraisal
  • Disciplinary, Grievance and Absence Case Management including Independent investigations and reports
  • Change Management and Redundancy, including advice and support on TUPE transfers, organisational staffing restructures, and redeployment
  • Learning and Development including Training on a range of HR issues, including Safer Recruitment and Stress Management
  • Project Management and support
